Why Work at U.S.S. Agency
U.S.S. Agency is not a typical security company. We do not operate like the large national firms that treat officers as interchangeable commodities, deploying undertrained personnel to fill posts at the lowest possible cost. We operate as a professional security organization where every officer is a trained specialist — recruited, vetted, and developed to perform at a level that our clients expect and that the industry should demand but rarely delivers.
When you join U.S.S. Agency, you join an organization that values professionalism, accountability, and career growth. Our officers work with a dedicated operations team that provides clear post orders, responsive supervision, and consistent support throughout every assignment. We believe that when officers are treated as professionals and given the tools and leadership they need, the quality of service they deliver reflects that investment. Our clients see the difference, our officers feel the difference, and our reputation confirms it.
We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, who understand that security is a serious responsibility, and who are committed to conducting themselves with discipline and integrity on every post, every shift, and every assignment. If that describes you, U.S.S. Agency is the right place to build your career in security.
